If only the rest of the Jays except Devon, Donaldson and Martin would learn how to f***ing hit the ball the other way, but nooo too selfish of a team.

 

Have you considered that maybe they're maximizing their skills? Someone like Edwin is likely doing what makes him the best version of himself given his skill set. He's not going to go from a 150 wRC+ guy to a 170 wRC+ guy by looking to flip singles into right field.

Just caught up in this game on PVR. Story of the season so far...inability to put balls in play hit with RISP and an anemic offense without the bomb.

 

Travis running in front of Simmons wiping out a leadoff 2B. Brilliant guy to run in front of.

 

Fall 3 back and we are down to a prayer for the division with this few gms left.

 

Lets go Jays!

I just wish they didn't swing for the fences all the time, a simple single to the opposite field with runners in scoring position is all they need yet EE and Jose swing for the moon and pop out all the time.

Get real guy. Just cause the guys raked with historical proportions last year doesn't mean you should expect it every year.
