Well, the Jays are up 9-7 so anything other than being swept by Baltimore and the Jays win it. And if the Jays are somehow swept by Baltimore, chances are a tiebreaker won't be needed. So yeah the Jays own the tiebreaker if it's necessary.

Obviously we'd rather be division champs, but a silver lining to this WC scenario is that i'd sure as hell rather face the Rangers in the ALDS than the juggernaut Sox. And that looks to be the way the standings are shaping up.

Either way the likely hood of the Jays facing the Red Sox is the ALDS is slim.

If we somehow win the division we will probably play Cleveland, no chance we play the wildcard winning Red Sox as we are never catching upto the Rangers.

If we win the wildcard we play Texas, they are 5 games ahead of the Red Sox, I dont see the RS finishing ahead of the Rangers.

If we end up playing Cleveland, the Indians may not have much depth in the rotation left by then--Carrasco and Salazar are hurt, Tomlin is garbage.. Kluber can't start every game.
