Uh...does this actually happen in practice? I know this article was written 3 years ago at the very beginning of the replay system, so maybe this is how they once ENVISIONED it would work in a perfect world...but not once have I seen a broadcast where i heard broadcasters say "so THIS is the angle NY tells us they used to overturn it"...i've only heard them scratch their heads wondering if NYC had an angle that they didn't.
