Korea looked like seasoned vets out there. Pitchers had clean mechanics throwing 75MPH, Catcher was fantastic receiving the ball and their hitters stood right over top the plate and had light tower power.

No the rules are based on number of pitches per game. I don't know what it is off the top of my head but it's something like 4 days rest for 85 pitches ( the max ), 3 days for 65, 2 days for 50, 1 day for 30 something.
