intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 That's because JFS19 ran his mouth yesterday and now we're doomed the rest of the way. I'd blame it more on Stroman of the 1000 Sinkers.
King Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Like I said, if Tulo goes to a 1/2'' shorter bat, he'll become the Colorado Tulo once again. Think about today's AB's, all the hard hit balls were down in the zone. He can't get on top of the high heater anymore, unless he goes with the slightly lighter bat. coach
BillBucknorslegs Verified Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Smoak, Barney, Thole, Carrera to bat? We can't lose.

How do you know he hasn't already? He's been hitting a lot of high FB since his return. He hit a 3-R HR recently off a high FB. I think it was off Young?

THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 I'd blame it more on Stroman of the 1000 Sinkers. Careful, some posters become annoyed when "Stroman" and "Sinker/2SM" are used in a sentence.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 It wasn't that high and Young's fastball doesn't define a MLB fastball. Maybe not, but he was getting beat on high 80s/low 90s high FBs earlier in the season.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Martin is the only hitter who went lighter, from a 34 to a 33.5 and his numbers went up since the adjustment which was roughly three weeks ago.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 And Smoak says "f*** you lick my puss" to the bjmb
BillBucknorslegs Verified Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Give that man an obscene contract extension!
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Can somebody page Prophet Shea and ask him what to do? The ship is sinking.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 All you can do is get to JD.

Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Terrible managing, terrible hitting with RISP, terrible pitching...its all becoming a theme...1 run loss
BillBucknorslegs Verified Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Well, this series has sucked an egg so far.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Could've used those runs today instead of last night
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Terrible managing, terrible hitting with RISP, terrible pitching...its all becoming a theme...1 run loss Terrible managing? Kris Davis killed us and we couldn't get a hit for the past 4 innings
