intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted June 19, 2016 Author Posted June 19, 2016 Asking in advance: Does Kim's leadoff hit get into the alley for a double or does one of the fielders cut it off and hold him to a long single?
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Unquestionably, and he's 100% to blame, the stubborn fool. Your the f***ing stubborn one lol. Constantly complaining about him blah blah... He's not nearly as good as 2014 but he still has a 3.83 xFIP which is still good.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 I think someone needs to sit Stroman down and discuss pitching with him. He generally doesn't us both sides of the plate, he doesn't pitch both up and down, he doesn't set up his offspeed pitches, and he misses his location a lot more than in the past

BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Okay, so I guess I'm the ******* now? Take a number on this board bud. There is a long line up. Let's go Jays!
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 The curveball that inning looked like 2014 curveball. Basically a big f*** you to all you people bitching about him lol

THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Your the f***ing stubborn one lol. Constantly complaining about him blah blah... He's not nearly as good as 2014 but he still has a 3.83 xFIP which is still good. Sure I am, I have eyes, so do many others. If you want to call what he's been doing this season as "good", go ahead, but there wouldn't be so much discussion from fangraphs articles/podcasts, our own coaches, other people in the organization, etc about trying to "fix" him, more 4SM, more breaking balls, less 2SM, and on and on; if I was the stubborn one talking out my ass..
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 The curveball that inning looked like 2014 curveball. Basically a big f*** you to all you people bitching about him lol He has 3 Ks in the last 4 hitters, 2 with the curve and 1 with the slider...positive signs?
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 He has 3 Ks in the last 4 hitters, 2 with the curve and 1 with the slider...positive signs? Very nice to see!
