Pillar has a way bigger bat wiggle or is that just me?

He was a lot more quiet at the plate when he was swinging well last year.

Sanchez has been much better than him too. Estrada and Sanchez have easily been the 2 best pitchers for the Jays.

All we really need is for Stroman to be better than Dickey and we should be good. Hope he figures things out. Looked like he made a conscious effort to go 4seam change a lot more which is a good sign. Didnt see him trying to run back the 2 seam, another good thing to take out of his start.

Interesting that the NESN broadcasters pointed out that Estrada has been tougher than Stroman. Basically that Estrada is the ace. I agree.

One could also argue Sanchez has been our ace so far.

Red Sox are going to be all over Edwin. Will be interesting to see how much they give him.

He's a natural fit for Fenway,I suggested a straight up trade last year,EE for Pedroia, which wasn't well received

on here.:P

Glad to see the long ball working today!!! And good to see Estrada chugging along despite him not being nearly as sharp as usual

Bit of a rough start but he's found his usual form now for the most part

Lol NESN announcers saying that Bradley is the best center fielder they've ever seen. And they mention Adam Jones and his gold gloves as another great defensive CF.

Considering HanRam's struggles to hit for power, Sandoval's health concerns, and question whether Shaw is a long term piece, as he is a stopgap until Rafael Devers or Michael Chavis is MLB ready, you can imagine Boston will be interested in EE.

However, he will cost Boston a pick very likely, plus Boston's budget is a bit tight after this season due to all these bad contracts for HanRam, Sandoval and Porcello (About $190M is already on the books for 2017, assuming Ortiz and Buchholz depart), and the fact they have many other holes to fill in the rotation and bullpen, as Uehara and Tazawa are free agents, and Boston's system doesn't have suitable replacements.

Still I see some hard hit balls resulting in flyouts. Slightly lucky today, but we deserve it after the long stretch in april of no luck

Great AB, what a pickup Barney was. Couldn't play on the PostSeason but man he's playing a key role with the Travis and Tulo injuries

HanRam and Porcello aren't bad contracts.
