90 % of pitchers are very good 2 times through the order and completely falls off a cliff 3 and 4 times through. Managers fail to realize this once again.

Well they have an 8 man bullpen. It sounds like Atkins and the FO has tried to tell him a lot more information this year but it doesn't matter if he chooses not to use it.
