It's pump their own tires. Pumping balls is a different thing entirely.

I could've cone with pump your tires, toot your horn, pump your balls, suck your own dick, wax your carrot, and everyone would've known exactly what I was referring to. But some ways of saying it are funnier than others. The fact that this has to be explained is also kinda humourous. But I'm sure you won't see it that way.

You said I was lecturing about Humour. I was lecturing you about English. Pump your ball makes no sense. It's just nonsense. If you wanted to say "even if it makes no sense, I still think it's funny" just say that already.
