Effit Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Who was it that was worried about Eddy?
Hal Johnson Verified Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Edwin Encarnacion is a professional baseball hitter.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Maybe, I mean, we can only hope! Maybe Stro thought he'd try it once more in the 1st inning, and, when that didn't work, they scrapped the philosophy? Yea that's the only hamper on my theory - however on the base hits I think it was early in the count preventing him from settling down and obviously not K'ing anyone.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Who was it that was worried about Eddy? BurlingtonBandit lol.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 "Eddy is a great base runner" - Buck.... next play.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Goofy hit; that was an impressive throw lol
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 So basically, Stro wants to get K's, but he trusts Martin and doesn't shake him off? I'm just curious because the game-calling has been completely different the past 2 innings compared every other inning I've seen from Stro this season. He's working up and in with 4SM, using 4SM for K's, using his breaking balls for strikeouts, etc. Have to wait until after the game to hear about it. Wow what a throw
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 If that throw wasn't perfect he doesn't get him stop.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 maple bats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 At least Tulo got a hit there. Maybe he'll try to go the other way more often now? f*** yes Saunders!
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 That was a bullet from Eaton. Incredible throw. Took a perfect one to get him too.
