I hate doing the wave, but when I take a date out to the game I look like a no-fun mr. serious dude not participating. It's for kids/casuals, so I let it slide and grudgingly participate.

 

I sit there and refuse regardless of who I am with, my wife who is originally from Jamaica and I brought her to her first game last year wanted to do the wave and I shut it down real quick, now she hates it too. Good lady.
