CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Horrible pitch but we'll take the out lol
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Baltimore is on the verge of being 7 and f***ing 0 Forgot August 2015 already?
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 On a bright side... Pompey went 3-4 tonight
glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Jays problem has been expecting Tulo (may happen eventually), Colabello, Martin, Pillar, and Saunders to hit well again this year That part of the lineup is where we are missing runs compared to last year. Colabello is garbage, but the others should start hitting eventually (even Pillar). The issue, and it's a real issue that people want to close their eyes to, is age related decline for Tulo and Martin. It may not come this season, but they have a ton of years and money left on their deals and they are heading into peak decline years for players who play their positions. I'm OK with a 3 WAR projection for both, but a decline for both wouldn't shock me either.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 It's ridiculous now, the strikeouts as a team are out of control and almost everyone looks lost. Call it a season.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Forgot August 2015 already? No I didn't because I went to over 35 games last year with the playoffs, but it just is slightly alarming the amount the Jays are striking out to start the season (early I know) but these 1 run games are crazy and the bullpen is bad.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 It's ridiculous now, the strikeouts as a team are out of control and almost everyone looks lost. What exactly are you suggesting they do?
canadiansportsjunkie Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Saunders home run coming up
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 It's April 12th. Small sample or not, it's been consistently awful through all 8 games with completely unusual team K rates. I'm not sure why it's happening but it's been consistent.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Saunders home run coming up That'd be quite the achievement vs Miller.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Orioles looking scary. Jays need to wake the f*** up. You should go post over their again.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Saunders home run coming up Against miller? Doubtful.
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Saunders home run coming up Miller is a lefty
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 If Martin goes deep here I will buy someone a beer tonight if they meet up near Bathurst and King.
el duque Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 We are seeing the Kansas model now in Yankees version and our bp is far from that
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Miller looks like a f***ing praying mantis.

West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 You're creepy bro. Offering a beer that will never be bought since Martin wont hit a homerun is creepy? Clown.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 FB right down the middle and Saunders watches it..
vdubmvp Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 If Martin goes deep here I will buy someone a beer tonight if they meet up near Bathurst and King. No one is meeting you anywhere. Stop.
nmrch Verified Member Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 On a bright side... Pompey went 3-4 tonight call him up, let him play the outfield while Bautista/Saunders DH with EE at 1B. I'm not convinced he's a worse hitters than Smoakebello and we'll add some defence.
