Swervin81 Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 That's a horrible decision by Castillo to run. If he's out, I don't think Holt crossed the plate 1st. Ugh, Carrera's arm.
Statman Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Two roster spots needed for one shitbag of a pitcher.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 That's 3-4 balls that have gotten by Thole in Dickey's two starts (plus a throwing error by Thole). I remain unconvinced that someone like Phegley or Conger would be significantly worse at catching Dickey. Well Martin doesn't want to catch him so we're kind of f***ed.
Stoneyen Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Dickey WAR for the 3 years with the Jays: 5.4 Syndergaard + d'Arnaud just last year: 5.3
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Lmao. Thole is a wasted roster spot.

Governator Community Moderator Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 3 past balls on strike outs in 1 inning.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Thole forgot how to catch the knuckleball
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I'm so f***ing done with this Dickey / Thole thing.
ValiantJaysFan Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Dickey's knuckleball specialist personal catcher can't personally catch a Dickey knuckleball.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Thole makes me want to scream.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 jesus crist man why is thole even on this team he cant even do the one thing he's supposed to do
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I'm so f***ing done with this Dickey / Thole thing. I think we all are, enough is enough.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 Is Buck half in the bag? He can't do the play by play much longer. I mean Shulman is doing 30 games. Devlin is doing a handful games. They are slowly trying to push him out.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 jesus crist man why is thole even on this team he cant even do the one thing he's supposed to do Same reason Carerra is on the team....someone has naked pics of Shapiro with a trans hooker.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 It's infuriating wasting roster spots on guys like Thole and Zeke. It's awful.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Author Posted April 9, 2016 no it's not, have you seen how many balls are getting passed thole? Plus Zeke can't throw.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 FIP say "Dickey with great peformance today": 0.60 FIP lie some times.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Buck "Don't worry about your ERA if you pitch in the AL East, just go deep into games" STFU
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Well Martin doesn't want to catch him so we're kind of f***ed. Pretty sure a guy like Kratz, who was in the org and never given a legit shot, could have deciphered Dickey's cosmic quandary. The s***** part is how many catchers have passed through the org since the commitment to the Dickey-Thole marriage.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Well Martin doesn't want to catch him so we're kind of f***ed. Did he say he didn't want to catch him?
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Did he say he didn't want to catch him? Basically he said that yeah.
KinofChaos Verified Member Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 Dickey's personal catcher...ugh.
