oh i know J4L intends to drop him, which is why i was trying to get fair value through pick exchange. trouble is as a rookie on here having never gone through the waiver draft, unsure of pick value. i'm guessing from the response a 1st round waiver pick ~ 2nd round MiLB draft pick?

 

Kuhl is 25 yrs old, 8 k/9 and uncharacteristic 4 BB/9 in 2017. A guy with a chance to be a solid mid rotation starter such as Wacha.
