I think the truth is likely that they have a fraction of the development team working on FB that they do working on FF year-round. Like, virtually nothing changes year-to-year on Yahoo FB, so I'm with you.

 

Maybe there's some cool new s*** this year. I doubt it, though.

I think we have a lot of owners here that our currently in the LOD, should we make the move to Fantrax? We would have year round access and it would save a lot of leg work for BTS because I'm a lazy *******. I don't mind covering the fees for everyone either, thoughts?

i'm curious why yahoo isn't working on and testing a beta version throughout the year.... replacing the production version with the verified beta version takes little time

Would love to move over to FanTrax. Would cover half the fees.

Love having all the prospects and draft picks on the screen in a tradeable format.

 

Never have to worry about whether or not a player is already owned.

Easy to do trades. Probably way easier to be commissioner. Plus, we could look at expanding or merging two leagues in the future, since they allow 30 teams.

I really don’t want to switch to Fantrax. Two reasons for that:

 

- I prefer the yahoo interface, despite its issues

- I think we’d lose multiple owners. If not immediately, then shortly after the move. Some of the people in this league really hate Fantrax.

I don't think it's necessary to care about the unranked prospects. They'll move up eventually if they're good, just like in real life.
