I still don't understand how this league and DDL differs from BBDL to the extent that connorp was able to acquire solid SP4/5 types like Wei-Yin Chen and Ian Kennedy for worthless waiver picks in BBDL, but they wouldn't go for that cheap in the other leagues.

The Chen one was weird. I get a sense that there's a shift away from starters to relievers in general though, so the Kennedy one I think is defensible.
