Also, Zach Klein, that's the high five emoji, not a prayer emoji. SMH.

That's pretty gauche.

I'm assuming his injuries and decline hit him hard. I'm sure its tough for these type A athletes deal with 'failure'. Too bad.

Zach Klein managed to stick his emoji foot in his mouth.

What a terrible last few years for the Hanson family. To lose two children at a young age. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and all TH's friends.

It's certainly in poor taste.

no matter what the emoji is, is a death notice the place to use an emoji? Although I have asked for my entire gravestone to be in emojis

By the time you die, we'll have wholly transitioned back to hieroglyphics so you won't have a choice anyway.

BTW there is too much funny in this thread. Have some respect!

Aren't you telling people in the Jose Reyes thread to not jump to conclusions before we get all the facts?

Rumors about that he was a pretty big coke/heroine addict and this is what did him in.

Posted
What are you supposing we do with those rumours, though?

You unconditionally had an issue with people considering the evidence against Jose Reyes. Now you're telling us to consider that Tommy Hanson may have been/likely was a drug addict, without providing any evidence at all except the word "rumours." Those stances are not compatible.

I don't have time to outline the difference between stating something as a fact and calling out a rumor. If you can't tell the difference in both situations then that's your problem.

You had a problem with rumours/allegations in the Jose Reyes. You are posting rumours here. Those are facts.

I had a problem with people taking the rumors/allegations as facts in the Jose Reyes thread.

I posted the rumor here for Hanson, and you assume just cause I did that I believe in them.

"Here are some rumors, guys. I'm not gonna tell you what to do with them, but hey, here they are, y'know, take 'em and do whatever you want."

"What??? I'm not rumor mongering"

My thoughts would be in the hours following someone's death, it's really not the time to propagate that line of conversation.

I remember when I bought like 70 Tommy Hanson rookie cards. I was confident he was going to be a great one.

We've obtained Tommy Hanson initial incident reportCrime Incident listed as "Overdose" Official cause will be known in toxicology report

That sort of moves past the "rumour" point. So unfortunate. His parents must be crushed. To lose two sons now before their time.
