jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Agreed. Alford is 103 in the Jays system alone. I was actually speaking to Todd the other day. He's in his top 60 he tells me now. His biggest concern right now with him is the injuries.

THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Isn't he suppose to be in a slump? He was, now it's time to build a new 20-game hit streak lol.
metafour Verified Member Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 The GCL Jays are putting on a beating today. Davis Schneider: 2 for 2, 2B, 3 BB (this kid has 4 extra base hits and 7 walks in 5 games now) DJ Neal: 3 for 4, BB, SB Roither Hernandez: 6 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K
mikebel111 Verified Member Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 SRF IP: 6 Hits: 3 ER: 0 K's: 1 BB: 3(2 came in the same inning) 98 pitches(60 strikes) Lack of strikeouts but thats kind of rare for him. SRF has been much better after a slow start.

mikebel111 Verified Member Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Its a good outing. An outing isnt described by what number was on the K columm. The only negative is the 3 BB A pitcher pitches 5 innings, gives up 11 hits and 9 ER, had 9 K's He gave up 9 ER but hey look at those K's. He had an amazing outing!!!!

AdamGreenwood Old-Timey Member Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Here's another mid-season prospect ranking. This time from Fangraphs. Only 50 spots, and it's a real mixed bag. Plenty of pop-up guys cracking top 20, and then there's guys that just got drafted that are 18 making the list. I think I like this one even less than Razball. http://blog.fantrax.com/dynasty-dugout-mid-season-fantasy-baseball-prospect-rankings/
Ray Verified Member Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Unrelated, but JP Crawford has really dropped off. Wow. Might end up being a bust for the Phils.

Also this is clearly just a fantasy only list.
AdamGreenwood Old-Timey Member Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 What's a guy got to do, to get promoted from Rookie ball? 21-year-old Noda hitting .476/.522/.881 in first 12 games. Blue Jays 15th round pick this year is wasting no time.

Good - that prick stiffed me 6 year old son who wanted his autograph this spring. Karma bitch. That said - BB/K ratio is still excellent. As is the defense I suspect.
