intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Payback? It would be the most Washington Nationals payback ever. Have an insane perfect game on the second last night, then get no-hit by your main rival's bullpen in the season closer.
EMK19 Verified Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Hutch back to doing his typical 2015 Hutch stuff.
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Hutch being Hutch... LOL
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Jesus christ. This is f***ing awful.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Figures Hutch would do that, not surprised.

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Not the game I wanted to see. Kind of puts a damper on things for a couple of days
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 It was a perfect game? I thought it was just a no no? My mistake. You're right. Anyway, Shi Davidi is playing spin doctor against Jeff Passan on Twitter right now. Apparently not getting borderline calls absolves you from throwing a grand slam on the next pitch.
EMK19 Verified Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Today's turning into a #Bombtogether for our Jays.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Really wish we would've finished the season at somewhere other than Tampa. With that said, Yankees have had a much worse end to the season than ours.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Was @ my kids little league so PVRED this to watch this special moment for Mark B. The score is now 9-0. We booted 2 balls in the first that would have gotten him out of the 1st. Mark B is now out. Brutal. Too bad it didn't go close to plan. Yuck.
Praxis Verified Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Knowing that we were playing Buehrle and Hutchinson and had by default therefore already given up on homefield advantage, why the f*** did we elect to play the regulars again? Baffling.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Great game to head into the post season with
Soft Hands Verified Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 come on Eddy one more parrot walk
EMK19 Verified Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Eddy may fall just short of 40 HRs (though he should still get one more shot at it), JD will fall short of .300 and MB falls short of the 200 innings... argh, what a horrible day.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Fielder up with no out, bases loaded. Rangers up 3-2. Could end Angels' season right here.
HammerJay Verified Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 He was going at an insane pace in August. Hopefully just tired and no injury, maybe a few days of rest and the playoffs will energize him. The Fishman (Trout) has really come on. ESPN have pretty much anointed him the MVP.

Just about as bad as everything could go. JD losing MVP too.
Sorrow Verified Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 f***ing Taylor Swift and her curse, we haven't even made it back to Toronto yet!

Apparently not getting borderline calls absolves you from throwing a grand slam on the next pitch. It's very frustrating to get honest analysis when they all Rogers mouthpieces!!! Even Zaun has been neutered!!
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Just about as bad as everything could go. JD losing MVP too. Ill take the playoffs before all those any day of the week
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Mahtook wishes he could play the Jays every day.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Ill take the playoffs before all those any day of the week Well yeah, but that was already sealed. For this game, that's about as bad as everything could go.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Loup has been terrible of late. Gibby trying to give him a chance to show that he can be the 2nd lefty out of the pen but he's pitching himself off the roster.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 The Fishman (Trout) has really come on. ESPN have pretty much anointed him the MVP. Angels won't even mJe the WC Beltre about to finish them off
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 JD, Price losing MVP and CY respectively, Eddy failing to get 40 hrs, Buerhle failing to get his 200 innings, BJs losing HFA and having to play the red hot Rangers and both Hamels and Gallardo. That said, we got the AL East Division baby, and we'll still steamroll over the opposition starting Thursday, so no worries .
