Due to excessive power tripping several of us had our accounts wiped out completely. There goes the 1200+ posts and 300+ "Thanks" I've accumulated since the inception of this message board. Up to 10 pages of people voicing displeasure at a certain mod, but will anything be done?

What the hell are you guys doing to get banned so often? I'm a Rays fan and have never been banned.

Shouldn't have to be asked. Entire threads shouldn't disappear just because it's decided a poster needs to be disciplined. Stop with the deleting of accounts. Deleting posts when warranted? Absolutely. But entire accounts? No.

It's not a simple process (unfortunately). It has to be done by manipulating backup databases, selecting exactly the right information, and hoping to hell you don't screw everything up trying to reinsert it. It's not like you can just press a few buttons and it magically reappears.

 

Bottom line is, unless it's someone who only set up the account to spam, or you ask for your account to be removed, no account should ever be deleted, nor posts mass removed.
