By Premium pricing structure do you mean dynamic pricing? I really hope they keep the ticket exchange for STH because I'm unable to go to a lot of the dates.

100 level behind the plate. I might explore my options to see if I could get better seats. I'd definitely be interested in selling off games though especially some of the weekday games. They'd be at cost which is way under face value.

So they processed my refund and of course it's wrong. Then after waiting for 20 minutes on hold the guy wants to argue with me that everything has been refunded when they still owe me 2 grand.

Yikes. My refund was fine. Went through like 5 days ago.

Checked my Visa today, got my refund. Actually it was a lot bigger than I expected. I got back about 45% of these two payments I made on the playoff strip.

I did the payment plan and thought the same thing. However the third payment never came out because we were eliminated the day before it was due. I checked my credit card statement and verified that it was correct
