Good to see the Jays dominate this first game. I admit I was a bit anxious that the Angels would carjack the wild card top spot the way the Jays did to the Twins. Taking game 1 means that, at worst, the Jays will leave LA with a modest lead in the standings.

brah you should try and find a copy of the broadcast. They showed Strombo on the broadcast for a good 10 seconds or so, so maybe you got on TV.

Couple buds sent me screen shots. We were. the scene behind the Jays dugout was awesome. At least 50% Jays fans yelling "lets go blue jays". Loved it all.

 

Watching the Price/Trout match ups was electric.

Price was great with Martin framing the ball and the umpire was generous at times. Donaldson is doing his job with RBI's. Revere had 4 hits and good base running which showed he can contribute and Smoak punched one out of the park. Infield defence didn't look as sharp as usual. My verdict is still out on Pennington vs Goins.

Angels sucked last night with quiet bats from their horses and the Jays biggest weapon was multi walks and 3 errors that gave the effect of a Jays dominated game. Also last time I counted the Jays left at least 6 on base during this game. Hopefully they get it together tonight as the Angels aren't going to roll over and play dead after this humiliating game......lets see which Estrada shows up tonight.
