JFD Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Was that exact same pitch not called a strike against Pillar ? yes but it was further off the plate lol
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 This is why offense is a crap shoot in the playoffs. Players change their approach and if the pitching isn't there it's over. These games have felt a lot like the playoffs to us fans, and I'm sure the players feel the same . Wait...what, says the Yankee fan?
everzz Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Come on Tulo, get a good start now in this inning...
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Good chance Price pitches into the 8th tonight. Sweet.

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 quick inning for Price. another pitchers duel today. very good baseball
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Top of the order....time to put some runs on the board!!!!!
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Red Sox fan just here to follow games into the end of the season. Bunting....I don't think they teach it anymore....or if they are are teaching it, nobody is caring to listen. OK for power hitters not to be able to lay one down. But for guys struggling with maybe a .250 BA and a 700 and something OPS, not being able to bunt is criminal. Gibbons may just be expecting this to stay low scoring and is trying to get up on the Bankees before they get to their pen. 5th inning...maybe not that bad a decision. lol...welcome.
baubau Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Good time to break out of your mini slump Tulo He didn't hear you.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Argh. Can't wait to get out of NY. Nothing falls in or gets through.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Now would be a great time for JD to make it rain.
jnug Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Thanks.....I figure Price becomes the Jays anchor leg man out the season and into post season. Is that what you guys expect of him also? This is just the kind of start he is capable of giving.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 this ump is all over the place
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 the ump isn't bias, he's incompetent.
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 EE taking his parrot out next
jnug Verified Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 This would be a perfect inning for the Jays to plate anything...1 run ...multiple runs...any runs!
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 ugh smoak in the 5 hole waiting to f*** things up
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 meeting discussion "pitch around EE and let smoak hit into a dp"
