yeap... as basic as it gets. It just gives me a better incentive to follow other games. I'm not interesting in trades or looking up stats every day. The only thing I don't like is that you can't make mid week changes even if a player goes on the dl, but once a week is ok for me.

I don't like to, but it's the best option when things are really s*****. Codeine is very helpful when things flare up, but I try to keep the consumption down. I have some anti-inflammation stuff as well, but the biggest help is actually the Zolpidium. sleep helps more than any pain killer can.

I take an Aleve when it gets bad, so often, lol. Yet it doesn't take pain away like a Percocet, lol.
