BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Kiermaier nearly came up with that, my god. He is incredible in CF. Unbelievable D value.

Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Are you kidding? Relievers get warm all the time and don't come in... they have the potential to come in if the matchup or the leverage of the situation changes. Gibbons sees Osuna and Schultz as 2 high leverage guys and there both right handed. Makes no sense.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 He just got both schultz and osuna up when he knew he was going to use just one. How the hell does that make sense? If Estrada got in trouble early, he'd use Shultz. If Shultz was in a pickle use Osuna, simple.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 So basically Gibbons got him up for 1 out. Unless he was up at the start of the inning. Dude, now you're just being difficult. There's no harm in warming a reliever up in case Estrada gets in trouble, even for just one out.

RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Bautista: AL RBI leader. He isn't even having a top 3 year of his career. If only he had gotten started three years before he did, he would have been a sure fire Hall of famer.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 He's handsome Well Pillar is doing well in the wife department, wonder what Kiermaier is working with.

glory Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Once Osuna is warmed up, Gibbons refuses to look at the score and just brings him in.
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Once Osuna is warmed up, Gibbons refuses to look at the score and just brings him in. this is part of my argument... should have had a lower leverage reliever up

BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Listening to Howard rave about Osuna at 97. Archer touched 99 in his 100th pitch. That's not human when you have a breaking ball like he does.
