Matt Boyd (albeit a Senior) was ranked #72 in his draft year (drafted 175 overall) and signed for 75k (over 150k below slot) and he was arguably a better prospect than Bergen in a better conference.

 

Bergen drafted 212 overall in a weaker draft with a stronger draft next year if he returns as a Senior will likely be below slot, which as people have already clarified many times is what they meant by punting in it's current incarnation. I'll guess around 100k bonus just for being a Junior, but wouldn't be surprised if it's slightly lower.
