Pen maybe loup and Hendricks regain it? Castro ain't hurt and goes beast again! Then thiers pray the Hoff comes quick and Stroman is a fast healer!
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Oakland's leading in the 6th. If the Yanks lose, this loss will pretty much be washed away as we won't lose ground.. but Tampa will move into a 1st place tie, 3.5 up on us.
ScientificReason Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 So? He plays baseball for a living you f***ing moron for life. Baseball is not easy when you are forced to play out of position, cannot blame him for being thrown out there. if it were that easy you could throw anyone in the outfield, damn ur dumb.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Jays ended May with a 12-17 record and 146 runs scored vs 128 allowed.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Don't worry guys everything will change in June. Team is going to become better overnight! It starts in Washington. I just hope we can hold Harper under 5 homeruns for the series. Won't matter if the Nats pitching continues to be crap. They just got swept vs. the Reds. Harper can't do everything..
labadee Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Won't matter if the Nats pitching continues to be crap. They just got swept vs. the Reds. Harper can't do everything.. well right now all the Nats need to do is intentionally walk JD and we're f***ed
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 I think playing Reyes in LF would be a disaster. Hanley Ramirez who is a much better hitter than Reyes is showing why you can't just stick an infielder in the OF.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Looks like Jays will have to do the opposite of last season...looking forward to it.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Anyone who thinks the Jays will move Reyes off SS is just kidding him/herself. They won't even replace him late in games so there goes that suggestion. Time wasted.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 So the Jays have confirmed Bautista will return to RF tomorrow in Washington. Who would bet against JB ending up on DL?
bill Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 taking on Reyes contract was a huge mistake by AA. He is a liability in the field at the plate and financially for this team. Anytime he does something decent at the plate he quickly erases it with blunder on the base paths or throwing to first. They could plug in any player from AAA or even Goins and it would be an upgrade over him.

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 well right now all the Nats need to do is intentionally walk JD and we're f***ed We can do the same with Bryce Harper.. which teams are going to start doing more. The Nats lineup isn't actually that strong. If Harper goes into a slump, they'll be in serious trouble, especially considering the pitching is mediocre outside of Scherzer.

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 So the Jays have confirmed Bautista will return to RF tomorrow in Washington. Who would bet against JB ending up on DL? If there is nothing structurally wrong with his shoulder, he should be ok. The cortisone shot will take care of the inflammation.
bill Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 What a terrible division. When flawed teams like the Jays are STILL in contention, you know it sucks. Yanks and Rays are just treading water, O's, Jays and Red Sox are well under .500. BTW, the O's lost 2/3 to Tampa Bay.. embarrassing performance for them, in a series they should've won. don't worry when the weather heats up the jays will fall to the bottom like previous years. They are lucky so far they should be at least 10 games out.
