Russell Martin started the rumors about Jays players stealing signs from second base, back when he played for the Yankees. The man-in-white stuff was started by the White Sox bullpen, which at the time was yet another reason to loathe such a repulsive ball club. The Orioles started nothing. They just clung on to the rumors like the pitiful bottom-feeders that they are.
