as horrible as his walks numbers were today, he wasn't off by much. he had better control today.... if he is on the plate just a little more he will get some of the calls he didn't get today. Today was actually a step forward.

it's about moving forward. He's definitely a work in progress. Everyone should have understood that coming into the season. It really looks like his problem is trying to be to fine. It's confidence and trusting stuff mostly.

I've never said he was more than a 5th starter. if we had 4 good starters and Sanchez it wouldn't be so bad with him as the 5th.
