Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Come on Aaron, you're facing the 9th hitter
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Competitive walks counter Aaron Sanchez:X-X-X-X-X-X
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Last 2 walks were because of fatigue I would say. Clearly tell he was tiring.
GreekFatAss Verified Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 They really need to send him down and lengthen his stride.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Sheeit. I'd still say it was a promising start, it was evident that he was done after the groundball single.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 He shouldnt have started the inning. 80+ pitches after sitting on the bench while they bat around the lineup.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 a grand slamwould be hilarous Why...to troll?
ScientificReason Verified Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 It was clear Sanchez was done, why did Gibbs leave him in.
abola2121 Verified Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Sanchez has such lackadaisical mechanics it's almost funny.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 He shouldnt have started the inning. 80+ pitches after sitting on the bench while they bat around the lineup. Actually its good, fatigue is a thing he has to face.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 It was clear Sanchez was done, why did Gibbs leave him in. To get 3 outs and save pen arms?
GreekFatAss Verified Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 So thats what throwing strikes looks like?
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Hendricks swag, he walked away like a boss
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Martin's framing has been looking pretty good recently.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 So thats what throwing strikes looks like? A pitch framed nicely by Martin? Mods
ScientificReason Verified Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Every RHH should look slider vs Kluber today until two strikes. Pound it the other way. To get 3 outs and save pen arms? Yeah and looked how it worked out? It doesn't work that way when the starter is gassed. Copeland is here for this reason no need to save the pen there.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Yeah and looked how it worked out? It doesn't work that way when the starter is gassed. If he's gassed at just over 80 pitches we have problems.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Martin's framing has been looking pretty good recently. Just probably needed time to learn the pitchers.

Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 It's one start but he clearly was. Mods
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 It's one start but he clearly was. Jesus Christ, it's a moot point now, STFU, he wasn't gassed until he walked the bags drunk.
