The 21-year-old lefty was roughed up in his last outing, however, yielding four earned runs on six hits in 2 2/3 innings against the Atlanta Braves. Travis continues his torrid start for the Blue Jays, with a team-leading five home runs and 16 RBIs. His .375 batting average is tops among Blue Jays regulars. The rookie second baseman has eight hits in 19 at-bats against Rays pitching on the season, with a double, two home runs and five RBIs. Rays: Ramirez was roughed up by the Blue Jays in his only start of the season, surrendering eight earned runs on nine hits in 3 1/3 innings at Rogers Center. Jose Bautista homered off the Rays' right-hander, with Kevin Pillar and Devon Travis each collecting run-scoring doubles. The Rays' bullpen has performed brilliantly during the past five games, allowing two earned runs and seven hits in 18 2/3 innings with 17 strikeouts. SaskJaysFan_2 Verified Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 When is the last time the Jays had this good of defensive outfield? Pompey, Saunders and Pillar?
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 We really need this one. Tough match up tomorrow.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Pillar really in centre? Sadly, yes Also, Norris needs to rebound or his confidence will be in tatters
IBTrini Verified Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Pillar really in centre? I really do not understand the philosophy behind switching players from their regular position (Pompey in CF) unless they are showcasing someone. Are there any rumours or is there another reason for making a move like this?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Its now or never for Norris Needs a great game tonight.

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Wait. Does that mean i can't be both drunk and naked today? That's no fun. if you miss Friday, then you can use saturday as a make up day and be both drunk and naked, but we find that sarcasm free sunday and being drunk simple doesn't work together.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Witnessing history 3 Canadians in starting lineup for the first time ever. Trop turf looks like crap.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 If Ramirez beat us I'll eat my favourite goat.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Can't they just let Reyes rest instead of employing a trash can at the top of the line-up.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Donaldson and travis.....just destroying pitching
