I might be being a bit negative on Sanchez...he is still young. But this year isn't a year for developing him. We need to win now.

 

And to be fair, he was kind of "forced" into the rotation once Stroman tore his ACL

Why are you taking strikes down the pipe Reyes? And then he swings at garbage, smh.

Too bad, he battled there.

 

Hopefully Hendriks/Estrada can do the long relief thing well today and give the offence a chance to get back in this one.

At least Ubaldo's pitch count is getting up there. 50+ in 3 innings so far. Hopefully we can pitch count him out of the game.
