that means he gets 2 weeks in Buffalo while Delabar comes up. Hope Delabar sucks less than he has.

Probably want a lefty to replace him and Francis is still throwing well so that's the speculation.

Hynes came up as a loogy, did he not?

With Cecil out as closer (or at least only part of a closing committee), he can go back to his regular role from last year that Hynes was filling in for.

Delabar makes sense for Hynes.

I hope they just send Castro down to start in A+, even though I know they won't. 4.89 xFIP so far, and Steamer thinks he's a 4 ERA guy out of the pen. He's not Dellin Betances, and having him pitch in the pen as a 4+ ERA guy is ridiculously wasteful.

The f*** are you talking about? I was upset intially when we traded Lawrie but I never trashed Donaldson. I'm pretty sure all my posts got deleted when I was banned.

Just came back from the game. was a total s*** show boring game with 5 DP's until that 7th inning.

true story, this happened behind me:

random blonde: so is a low batting average bad?

blonde's friend: yes, you want as high as possible

random blonde: so this botista guy is the worst player on the team?

blonde's friend: actually no, he's our best

random blonde: then why is he hitting .150 or whatever that is

blonde's friend: cause it's early on in the season

random blonde: he hasn't done anything today, he sucks

Bautista smacks 2-run homer

me: lol

I would have argued with the guy that Josh Donaldson became the best player on this team the moment he was traded.

sorry but this chick didn't understand the game and was clueless. She got more excitement off of pick off throws than actual base hits, really puzzled me.

Then this couple beside me (I sit halfway up the 1st base line) just talked the whole game and didn't even get up from their seat on both home runs tonight. You're gonna spend +$70 on those seats and you won't appreciate the game?! :/

If it makes any of y'all feel better, I didn't do the wave.

My biggest pet peeves at games is the people that get loud on every fly ball, even routine infield pop ups.

Muy de acuerdo.

He should be in AA-ball

My sister-in-law, jersey on and all at her first football game asks "what is a first down"?

My ass doesn't get out of my seat during the game. I'll clap for a good play, cheer a little and occasionally boo an opposing player, no one would really notice me at a game. I'm just there to watch and take it all in. any drinks or food is purchased when I get in the park before BP and I'll tie my dick in a knot before I'd miss any of the game standing in line to piss. I dont make it too many games so I just want sit there and soak it all in.

talking about what's going on in the game is fine, but I dont want anyone talking stats or manager hate or even what happened yesterday during the game. Chat is limited to, wow that was a nice strike out, nice catch, how did he miss that and nice to be here for a win.

people who irritate the f*** out of me are the guys who are up and down all game. getting more beer, spilling all over their friends, stuffing their face and talking s***, but never actually seeing any of the game.

I get a coca-cola collectable glass and a pretzel on the way in. I'll eat real food and enjoy it at a proper restaurant after the game and enjoy a couple cold drinks with dinner. ball park is for watching the game.

the whole concept of all you can eat baseball games is completely beyond me. do you want to watch baseball or stand in line for s***ing food all day. you can stand in line for s***** food at the Mandarin and they wont charge you an extra 45 Dollars to sit down.

there was this other guy behind me who pretended he knew what he was talking about and said that "Maybin is killing us"

up to that point he had something like 3 K's. I guess he was "killing us" because he was making routine OF plays? ;S

Most annoying thing for me when I was at Coors last year and Florida a few weeks ago was the amount of people that would stand up to leave the play or come back to their seats during the game. Constant stream of people that didnt give a single thought to what they were doing

exactly... people who think it's all about them and never have a thought about anyone else. It's like people who go to the bathroom in the middle of a movie... really?? see a doctor for that bladder problem.

it's been almost 3 years since I was at a game. it was a boston game with everything. They threw at Ed, there was almost a bench brawl, there were a couple good plays, some HRs and we won the game.

it was the first game my daughters BF had been to so it was a pretty good first experience. Can't blame him for not going, it's the first time he'd been in North America. We're going to a Yankees game in Sept. Hope we're still in the hunt.

I really dont understand the concept of going to stand in line at the concession stand during the game. you'll miss at least 2 innings. Might as well see the game at a sports bar.

Not sure if this is a thing anywhere else (doesnt seem like it), but at the local Indy team games where I live its common knowledge even by the most casual fan not to leave your seat while the play is on. The fan reps for each section block the staircase at the top with a handheld "stop" sign so no one can go down during the play

or when people get up in the middle of an at bat. Wait for it to end!

or when people stand up for an entire inning.... not all of us want to stand, but you cant see s*** if you dont stand when everyone else is. I'm short so I dont see s*** if the guy in front of me stands up. I dont pay $85 to look at his back. His girlfriends tits, maybe for a couple bucks, but not 85.

You won't stand up even if an exciting play happens?
