Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Tanaka with 30 pitches through 2.
Governator Community Moderator Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Many of the pitches not near the zone, got to be more patient at the plate then this. It's not quite that easy with him, most of his pitches appear they are in the zone, that's his success. He doesn't throw a straight pitch and it tails in any direction he chooses.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 The vets need to lay off the Tanaka sinker. If it starts off at the knees, just take it ffs.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Is it just me or is Hutch throwing surprisingly slow? Low 90's. Regardless, he paints an outside fastball to retire Teixeira.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Hutch gets into a 3-1 count, on the full count McCann pops out to Donaldson.
ScientificReason Verified Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 hutch looking good so far.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Hutch is looking nice so far. Mixing it up well.

They could be a bit anxious since its opening day. I'm expecting some hard hit balls the second time around.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Headley gets #rekt on an inside slider. 2 K's for Hutch in the inning, 30 pitches.

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Hutch dealing. Love Martin's enthusiasm behind the plate. Showing some emotions and peppering Hutch on every pitch.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Hutch is getting down with a lot of junk.
