Toronto 2015 ROY possibility?

with 4 potential rookies starting for this team on the opening day roster (Pompey CF, Travis 2B, Norris SP, Sanchez SP) could we possibly see the first ROY for this team since Hinske???

Norris I think would have the best chance. He is also already a household name down south because of his lifestyle. Also has the most talent of the 4.
