Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Norris looking good with the fastball, offspeed a little wonky
Frenchsoup Verified Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 It is so refreshing to have a catcher call a good game
S33n Verified Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I'm pretty sure that broken bat cut Norris' left thumb I hope he can come back out for the next few innings....
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Buck acknowledges Norris' number 32, fails to mention that Roy Halladay wore it with the Jays... And should be retired
baubau Verified Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Damn, would have been a HR for Martin if it wasn't for that wall.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 It is so refreshing to have a catcher call a good game In defense to Navarro, we can't really access his game-calling abilities.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Martin hits a fly ball to the wall for a long double off Esmil Rogers' first pitch.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Martin crushes a ball to deep LF, goes off the top of a very high wall, he jogs into second with a double.
S33n Verified Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Did nobody else see something that looked like blood all over Norris' white pants after he rubbed his pitching hand on them?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Don't waste your time Atothe... I have explained both why I think Norris and Sanchez are better than Estrada and why I believe neither will be in the minors. Go read the other threads again if you need to be relearn.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Travis quickly K's on a high fastball from Rogers.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Travis K's on a fastball high and in.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Thanks for the play x play guys.

Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Donaldson looks like Goins' big brother
baubau Verified Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Oh man, that was not even close! Nice throw by Gardiner. Martin tagged out easily on that Donaldon double.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Donaldson pokes a ball through the SS and 3B. Martin thrown out at the plate by Gardner.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Esmil battles a bit with Donaldson, on a 2-1 count he singles on a line drive through the 3B-SS hole, Martin for some reason waved around, he's out by a mile at home. Edit: Donaldson took second on the throw to the plate.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 In what world do you send him? Not this bs again
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Martin thrown out by noodle arm Gardner
Laika Community Moderator Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Did nobody else see something that looked like blood all over Norris' white pants after he rubbed his pitching hand on them? Seriously?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Did nobody else see something that looked like blood all over Norris' white pants after he rubbed his pitching hand on them? I didn't notice it, but it could be a blister.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Did nobody else see something that looked like blood all over Norris' white pants after he rubbed his pitching hand on them? Yeah. Probably a slight blister or nail problem. Since pitch counts aren't that high yet, probably not a big deal.
S33n Verified Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Seriously? I saw it on the live feed then rewound and saw it again.... I hope I'm wrong.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Viciedo works the full count (Esmil isn't exactly pinpointing his pitches), then K's on an offspeed low and away.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I hope that sending Martin on a play like that is a spring training mistake. don't want to see that happening during the year. ball was right at Gardner and he was charging the whole way. easy out....
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Viciedo strikes out on a 3-2 pitch. None of the pitches were worth swinging at.
