Kendrys Morales just pulled up lame. Yost being Yost.. you've got home field advantage! Rest some regulars! Unfortunately, he doesn't get it.. and this is part of the reason the Royals will not get out of the ALDS..

I'm in agreement with that. Royals should've given some rest to many of their regulars, considering they've clinched home field. Losing Morales for the Twins series could hurt a lot, especially considering the Twins have a wild card berth to play for, likely the 2nd one.

 

And the Twins are getting help--Rangers lead 4-1 on the Angels. A Rangers win sends Texas to Toronto or Kansas City for the ALDS.

Am I missing something? How have the Royals clinched anything? Even with a win tonight they are seeded behind Toronto by virtue of the tiebreaker rule.
