Walk off here would be so crushing for Red Sox lol. I want to see 20 innings though.

Lets take it easy and only score one more

f*** OFF BOSTON

Why? It might be a bunch of largely useless hypotheticals but at least it's not "the seven habits of highly effective HR managers" or whatever the f*** they teach in business courses.

I was recently mandated to take a similar course and have an upcoming meeting to discuss what I took away from it and how I will apply it's lessons. I am probably going to quit my job before this happens.

That's the spirit.

Well, here's the aftermath of the game, heading into game 2 of the series, and Farrell doesn't realize that they'll be in trouble if Kelly doesn't go deep.. don't they realize their bullpen was toasted last night? Does he expect to use Steven Wright and his knuckleball until his arm falls off?

And on the Yanks front, Matt Tracy has been recalled.. still awaiting a corresponding move.

Isn't this kind of the whole point of rostering a knuckleballer like Wright? Most of the other guys only threw ~1 inning. They aren't in any trouble. Probably will try to not use Breslow or Layne but he also probably doesn't give much of a f*** about Breslow or Layne.

Yes, but he threw 78 pitches last night in 5 innings..

So? He's a knuckleballer. He could throw 120 on back to back days if he wanted to.

If thats true then Dickey should start 60 Games a year

He might be able to physically if you asked him to. He's also like 50 years old though so his back would probably give out before his arm, if you asked him to do that.

Chasen Shreve to AAA, as expected.

Meanwhile, Boston is likely hoping Kelly goes deep.. they sent Steven Wright to AAA and didn't call up anyone.

f***ing redsox are going to be good this year, just have a feeling, sucks.

Let's wait and see what they do against elite teams. Phillies and Yankees are far from elite teams. Remember, the Yanks could be easily 0-4 had Loup/Cecil not blown that game on Wednesday.

True, but I still think they will be good, wish we went after masterson, think he will have a good year.
