fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Just hit the ball to Hanley That should be Yankee gameplan lol Hopefully Wright blows his third save of the night lol. Amen
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Walk off here would be so crushing for Red Sox lol. I want to see 20 innings though. Lets take it easy and only score one more f*** OFF BOSTON
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Boo!!!!! Boston can go f*** themselves
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Can't believe Jacoby didn't try to steal. To lose the game like that is painful. Esmil died for nothing
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Boo!!!!! Boston can go f*** themselves Go to sleep fatcow. You're gonna need it.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Go to sleep fatcow. You're gonna need it. I gotta review my last chapter then hit the deck, I Don't wanna be awake past 3!
bronson44 Verified Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Why? It might be a bunch of largely useless hypotheticals but at least it's not "the seven habits of highly effective HR managers" or whatever the f*** they teach in business courses. I was recently mandated to take a similar course and have an upcoming meeting to discuss what I took away from it and how I will apply it's lessons. I am probably going to quit my job before this happens.

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 According to crazy Boston homers, or what?
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Well, here's the aftermath of the game, heading into game 2 of the series, and Farrell doesn't realize that they'll be in trouble if Kelly doesn't go deep.. don't they realize their bullpen was toasted last night? Does he expect to use Steven Wright and his knuckleball until his arm falls off? And on the Yanks front, Matt Tracy has been recalled.. still awaiting a corresponding move.

Does he expect to use Steven Wright and his knuckleball until his arm falls off? Isn't this kind of the whole point of rostering a knuckleballer like Wright? Most of the other guys only threw ~1 inning. They aren't in any trouble. Probably will try to not use Breslow or Layne but he also probably doesn't give much of a f*** about Breslow or Layne.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 I am not buying the Orioles numbers they are too good to be where they are on that playoff probability chart
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Isn't this kind of the whole point of rostering a knuckleballer like Wright? Yes, but he threw 78 pitches last night in 5 innings..
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Yes, but he threw 78 pitches last night in 5 innings.. So? He's a knuckleballer. He could throw 120 on back to back days if he wanted to.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 So? He's a knuckleballer. He could throw 120 on back to back days if he wanted to. If thats true then Dickey should start 60 Games a year
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 If thats true then Dickey should start 60 Games a year He might be able to physically if you asked him to. He's also like 50 years old though so his back would probably give out before his arm, if you asked him to do that.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 (edited) Chasen Shreve to AAA, as expected. Meanwhile, Boston is likely hoping Kelly goes deep.. they sent Steven Wright to AAA and didn't call up anyone. Edited April 11, 2015 by jaysfan2014
reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Thanks. TB should be lower but otherwise seems ok. I'd probably say Boston/TB lower and the other 3 a little higher.
ScientificReason Verified Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 f***ing redsox are going to be good this year, just have a feeling, sucks.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 f***ing redsox are going to be good this year, just have a feeling, sucks. Let's wait and see what they do against elite teams. Phillies and Yankees are far from elite teams. Remember, the Yanks could be easily 0-4 had Loup/Cecil not blown that game on Wednesday.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 No doubt teh Red Sox are a good team only a homer wouldn't agree.
