1) Reyes

2) Bautista

3) Melky

4) EE

5) Martin

6) Donaldson

7) Pompey

8) Smoak

9) Goins

Heck I could live and Roll with that!

Think there might be a few sick pitchers on days facing the Jays! Lol

Next up shields and miller, a rotation of Shields Dickey Stroman Buehrle and hutch ! Sexy sexy looking plus it has a chance to really shorten the pens use too one would think.

The top pitchers are simply going to go for too much.

So would playoff tickets and World Series tickets! Both would be Priceless! Sometimes you gotta spend money to make money! Playoffs and World Series have to be worth what 20-30 mill at least ! :)

f*** it would be really nice if Adam Lind was still on this team. He mashes RHP and would fit in great in the middle of that lineup. I wonder if AA asked for John Jaso to be included in the Donaldson deal.

My desperation for the Jays to pursue Headley is somewhat tempered now, after that magical trade. I still think they should get him for 2B, if he'll be willing to do it, but I feel like Lowrie is a perfect option for this team now. I didn't like the injury history that accompanies him in a scenario where he'd be playing on the same field as Lawrie, but now that Brett's gone, Lowrie makes a lot more sense. Have him in the starting lineup, and if he gets injured, give Travis his cup of tea. He's even a switch-hitter; fits perfectly into the Jays situation.

I still don't see any logical scenario in which the Jays don't sign Crain. I can't remember the last time a signing fit more perfectly with what a club needed. Canadian player, tremendous RP, extreme buy-low candidate after coming off injury. I don't believe for a second that the Jays will pursue someone like Miller or Robertson, and I'm actually hoping they don't.

Sanchez for Gordon. Only logical thing for AA to do now after the Donaldson trade.

Why would you think that? Huge fan of Gordon but our needs right now are SP, Bullpen and Average LF or Platoon IMO.

Pitching is still required even with a stacked lineup

Need to shore up LF and 1B

LF Cabrera (if only on 3 yr or less contract)

1b & LF will come from trades

RP from trade and FA

I live with Martin/goins at 2nd with Cabrera production in LF. Can live with Pompey in CF

Edwin not good enough at 1B?

I would say he signs Cabrera next.

3/40

It just makes sense

That would be a VERY good offense

Reyes

Cabrera

Bautista

EE

Martin

Donaldson

Smoak?

2B

Pompey

Nice

I'd much rather give Rasmus a 1 year, 7 million offer than Cabrera 50 million. Rasmus gives better D and insurance for Pompey too.

Rasmus not coming back to Toronto after being benched in September of his UDFA year

Aoki seems like a really good bottom of the order LH bat right now. His .353 career OBP would just be a nice second leadoff man for this team, half the cost of Cabrera and a better overall defensive player.

is Navaro worth anything of value? or do we keep him as a bench bat. he is a clutch hitter for the most part.

I don't know about predictions (apparently, as my 2014/15 record in the FAP will say) but I know what AA needs to do:

1 - Sign dat front line starter (Preference of Lester/Shields/Scherzer)

2 - Trade for a #2 rotation pitcher (ie Cueto/Hamels)

3 - Trade/Sign a 2B (Phillips/Murphy/Lowrie/Utley)

4 - FIx dat bullpen (Not necessarily Miller - although that'd be awesome.) But however he can get it together

5 - Resign Melky or Trade for Saunders
