Might as well have one day of stupidity. Even past the trolls I could see some pretty knowledgeable lurkers posting. If the numbers Snarls mentioned are accurate, it should be quite the event.

I've been lurking from the old board since posters all had a baseball avatar by default and I believe even had a default name called Baseball instead of guest or whatever. Although I'm not a true lurker because I've wracked up maybe 100 posts or so in the last 10 years. For me, it's not about being unable to handle the trolls/members or being afraid to post an opinion or two (I post on rpgcodex which is one of the most vile and trollish forums still existing), it comes down only to not having the time or desire to post on more forums and thereby allowing the internet to entrap me more and more. I only allow myself a couple hours a day online.

 

It is countless fun though to laugh and live vicariously through the rollercoaster of rage and enjoyment and watch the popamole trolls as they keep showing up every time they're knocked back down again. And I thank everybody for the news and information they've brought to the forums through the years. God speed.
