G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 I guess the lack of Cubs on base to get a shot over there didn't help. Now I'm going to be watching just to see him haha One baserunner in 6 innings Like
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 That would really be a huge f***ing blow to them especially after all the moves and players they gave up to make the push. Can you imagine if we'd traded Stroman and Sanchez for Price or Shark and been exactly where we are in the standings right now?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Author Posted September 9, 2014 They don't know how to figure him out at all.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Cubs just want to go back to the hotel. Terrible effort.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Can you imagine if we'd traded Stroman and Sanchez for Price or Shark and been what - 1 or 2 games better at most right now?? Shark has not been better than Stroman this year let alone Stro and Sanchez..
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Cubs just want to go back to the hotel. Terrible effort. Canadian whiskey and hookers await
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 11 groundouts 1 flyout He's f***ing dominating them.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Shark has not been better than Stroman this year let alone Stro and Sanchez.. Yeah I removed the 1-2 wins in my post. We'd have the same record and be absolutely horrified right now. Stroman looks so f***ing legit
TBJ12 Verified Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Yet another easy inning for Stroman. Should be an easy complete game.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Author Posted September 9, 2014 Cubs just want to go back to the hotel. Terrible effort. You also have to give credit to Stroman, he's been nasty.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Stroman is scary good, hopefully his development persists into the future
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 11 groundouts 1 flyout He's f***ing dominating them. Will be interesting to see him vs Baltimore. He likely starts 1 or 2 against them. Real test. Edit: Scratch that. He will miss them both times. He gets Tampa and New York.

I'd have to think that anyone other than Billy Beane loses his job for those moves and the subsequent collapse... Sad really. The franchise may feel it for years.

gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Can you imagine if we'd traded Stroman and Sanchez for Price or Shark and been exactly where we are in the standings right now? My God.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Can you imagine if we'd traded Stroman and Sanchez for Price or Shark and been exactly where we are in the standings right now? I would need a prescription for Ativan and Xanax with the rage I would have.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Rasmus looks like he is on drugs
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 lol Colby just wants to go home.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Where's the Moogy Man? You just had to..
TBJ12 Verified Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Doesn't Stroman already have a complete game 1 hitter?
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 I'd have to think that anyone other than Billy Beane loses his job for those moves and the subsequent collapse... Sad really. The franchise may feel it for years. Someone will have to take the fall. They really mortgaged a few years there with some of the players given up especially the Lester deal. That one made no sense for me since day one.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 WTF Rasmus LOL Has the Felix beard going.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Pillar deserved that.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Author Posted September 9, 2014 Alcantoorah...awesome job Buck. And nice hit Pillar.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Doesn't Stroman already have a complete game 1 hitter? That was Hutch
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 So where did Fatcow go? He's alive right?
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Lol this 2nd baseman can not play on turf...
