Vincent Verified Member Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 The irony is that this thread has been derailed with people discussing his banning, when he was actually contributing useful data to this particular conversation. And you must be Moogy's semi-retarded side-kick.

Dick_Pole Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2014 Author Posted September 23, 2014 ...and there you have it...a Blue Jay first. I wonder if our brilliant media or broadcasting team is going to pick up on this fact.

reedjohnsonfan Verified Member Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 congrats to the starters. They stayed healthy and kept them in ball games. Not their fault, they did the best with their ability.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Truly a shame of a season. Wasted great health and performance from the starting pitchers and an elite season from Bautista. What a failure by the front office to not have a 2nd baseman and 4th outfielder who could hit RHP at the start of the season. Probably the difference right there...

AA sat on his hands all offseason and through the deadline and made no significant aquisitions. What a failure. It makes me mad when I talk to casual fans and they say "oh we were so close, we should go all in next year". I just shake my head.
