If he can figure out MLB pitching.. I think he has the potential, destroys AAA pitching.

They better put this guy in the lineup from now on.He wants to makeup for his tantrum earlier this year,and he wants to win.

Having been in and around sports for three and a half decades, I've simply never ... ever ... seen anything come close to the absent-minded obsessions that go on here with respect to certain "pet whines." I'm well aware of, and very accustomed to, knee jerk reactions. I'm not accustomed to "whole body jerk" reactions and "I will not be ignored, Dan" obsessiveness about them.

 

 

You should be well aware I have been beating on Navarro,s defense all year.

burlington ... take note of this. This is what I'm talking about. The fact that Navarro isn't a very good catcher somehow opens him up for unreasonable criticism at every turn. That's the phenomenon I'm referring to. No matter how silly the criticism, and how unfounded, in that instance, it comes back to "well, he sucks, so there."

 

Well Navarro isn't a good catcher so I am not sure what you are getting at? Fans are allowed to have their opinions.

 

As for this board being "whiny" go over to Real GM for a Raptors game or the HF Boards for a Leafs game. This board is nothing.

A good catcher keeps that in front of him and not only does the run not score but the runners don't advance. Navarro has been lazy like this his whole career. This isn't new, hell Tampa and LA will tell the same story. Yea he got in shape and did ok for the Cubs in a back up role last year but soon as he got the two year deal right back to out of shape and Lazy.

 

 

Prove it or you're obsessed with Navarro.
