Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Gotta block that Navarro, geez.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 So frustrating year after year.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Why are the board "regulars" allowed to be angry and disappointed at the team when they are losing a close game like this, but Trouba95 isn't? Its not like we aren't all pissy tonight why is he getting in s***? I don't know this guys history but if he is a new poster cut him some slack. This is a very frustrating game to watch and getting chirped constantly by fellow posters being smartasses on the board is annoying. Every post doesn't have to be negative.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 DING DING DING! We have a winner, dumbest post of the night goes to HAVOK24 You're the one that posted this: If every hitter in the lineup flied out to a leaping CF over the fence that would be a no hitter and a shutout. We both know it would never happen, but a no hit shutout win is the definition of shutting a team down. What the f*** is wrong with you?
ParkdaleTdot Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 I think we should of IT'd to set up the double play. With the mariners BP a 2 run deficit might be too much to overcome.
ParkdaleTdot Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 setup the double play fine with me.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 I agree, but if the Jays were winning this game he'd probably not be negative? You clearly haven't seen him post.
theblujay Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 So much stupid in this post. Lol its not worth it arguing with you saber guys. You're never wrong in your minds.

ParkdaleTdot Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 I hope they never try that pickoff play when Francisco is playing 3rd
ParkdaleTdot Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 It's risky with Austin Jackson because he's fast. Load em up then. In my opinion we give up another run we're done anyways.
ParkdaleTdot Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 way to kill the double play chance happ
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 You both have different opinions on the term "shutting down". Nobody is wrong, lets move on.
jays76 Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Fun times in Blue Jays land..... s***** team is s***** Pipe down Vincent.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Why didn't he step on the bag first?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Should've stepped on the bag, but at least the run didn't score.
JaysFan4Ever Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Not a bad play by Francisco but no double play 2nd 3d 2 outs. Still better than a FC and a run in.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Must not give up anymore runs if we want any shot.
ParkdaleTdot Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Why didn't he step on the big first? was he close enough?
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Why didn't he step on the big first? I was thinking the same thing
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 FIFY Most saber guys are smart and make good points. Some guys however are wannabe's. Thats the case here. A real saber guy would argue that Young SHOULD be getting lit up. But he would never argue that he wasnt shutting the Jays down. Aren't you the guy that was worried we would make the playoffs in like May?
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 why didn't he step on the big first? really eh ? Omfg!
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 I think he bobbled the ball. Replay... looks like it.
