Chappy Community Moderator Posted July 30, 2014 Posted July 30, 2014 Are you telling me that StroShow is taller than I'm saying? Believe in me, he's 5'0". BS, he is 4 11" on a good day.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 Jays had 36K and 33K for the first two games against the O's. Not too shabby for a Tuesday and Wednesday night game. A win tonight and I'm expecting huge numbers this weekend. Does anyone know what the TV ratings were the past two nights?

Latest I can find since they only do weekly updates "Those bloody Astros won’t be welcome back on Sportsnet, where another win against the Jays drives the score down to 528,000." edit: that was a direct quote from the site

Not out of the question to see 1.5 million viewers a night in September if the club is in a pennant race. Edit: https://ca.sports.yahoo.com/blogs/eh-game/great-canadian-ratings-report-jays-summer-stirring-interest-222905564.html "Tuesday's game against first-place Baltimore continued that trend, drawing an average of 700,000 viewers -- basically what the average CFL game drew last year."

September has nothing to watch during the week in terms of sports as well besides Monday and Thursday night Football. Huge chance for the Blue Jays to capture all of Canada's interest.

Chris Zelkovich does a weekly article on Canadian sports ratings top 10's.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 whats impressive is that they drew over 800,000 viewers against the Astros
