Would be a good target for a team looking for bullpen help as it seems maybe a fresh start is what he needs. He has been terrible this season however. Had bad luck but didn't do himself any favours with his command being downright awful.

Now if you waive his option for 15 do you also have to buy the other two years? That would be an extra 2,25 in addition to the pro-rated portion of 3,75.
