This is what we have been reduced to. Celebrating long at-bats that result in a pop up that barely made it to the pitchers mound. Maybe we can walk David Price to death! I hope he does his part!

I don't know if you realize, against pitchers like David Price, working long AB's should be celebrated, and I would be all up for walking him to death. You couldn't really ask for much more from Dan Johnson right there, he almost drew the walk, good AB.

Anyone who thinks Tampa can get hot doesn't realize the franchise's problems.. and Price will be traded. The Rays can't afford his likely arb raise, and need many pieces in their farm if they're to remain a competitive team long term.

BTW, Tampa's attendance is now worse in the AL again at 16,896.. you can imagine ownership is already preparing to order a Price trade. Luckily, Price is boosting his value with his strong performance.
