eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Wasn't going to get him there but lol @ that throw from Reyes.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Trade Reyes, even if you have to eat a bunch of $$.
CHRIS Verified Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Now the Jays will probably score two runs in the 9th and come up a run short.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Reyes took that on a short hop from Rasmus which didn't leave him in a good position to throw home. He's been terrible, but that was Gentry running.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 I'm fine with Janssen giving up runs in a game like this. Gotta get them out of your system.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 We will be 2 games back of first place after today yikes. While bad, at least we're not 9 games back like the Red Sox and Rays, two teams who were supposed to contend. We can't get to L.A. soon enough. Of course, L.A.'s record is inflated by playing the godawful Houston Astros.. they're not a strong team vs. the A's or Mariners, which could be costly later this season and in the postseason. L.A.'s pitching is a major downgrade from the A's, and we miss Garret Richards.
