labadee Verified Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 damn that didn't even seem like it was hit that hard.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Congrats to Balt on winning the division Wow and here I thought we had close to half a season left.
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 even if it is a dl stint...5 of the next 15 days are off days...so it could be worse.. I don't think the DL works that way.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Can you link me to his 2014 AAA L/R splits? You very well know where they are, stop being a little douche. Yesterday he was at. 301 /. 351 versus RHP. Tonight he was 2-4 with a walk.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Donaldson the AL best 3B in the last 2 season
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 So, any info on our latest waiver claim? Never even heard the name. He's the new Ben Francisco.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 He's a scrub. 30 years old, 69 career wRC+ in 267 PAs. Dammit, why can't we pick up any future hall of famers in their prime off waivers?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 You very well know where they are, stop being a little douche. Yesterday he was at. 301 /. 351 versus RHP. Tonight he was 2-4 with a walk. Hitting for power is a thing, which he doesn't do, and needs to in order to justify being called up.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 He's the new Ben Francisco. Oh god, it's worse than I imagined!
kountryken Verified Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Its a 15 DAY dl. So if it is a minor injury, it will be 15 days, but it look like to me he will go on the 15 day dl for at least 2 stints
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 for those who want to hear the brutal reality.... Rays could in the race by the AS break.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Sucks that MB gave up a homerun on a 0-2 count with 2 outs. it does suck...but what are you going to do..complain about one of our best pitchers this year?
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 I don't think the DL works that way. it's days, not games.
labadee Verified Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 god Lind doesn't seem like he has a clue at this AB
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Its a 15 DAY dl. So if it is a minor injury, it will be 15 days, but it look like to me he will go on the 15 day dl for at least 2 stints Umm... You can come off the DL at any time after 15 days, it's not like if he's better after 16 days he has to wait 30...
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 it's days, not games. Even days when the whole league if off like the All-Star break?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Actually, probably not. The ability to hit a fly ball helps in the majors. And so does playing GG calibre defence at 2B.
NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Jeff Samardzija looks so happy lol. Good for him and the A's.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 I wasn't complaining about MB, just s***** luck. Welcome to the board!
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 So it looks like I was right when I said it looked like EE suffered a leg injury.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Even days when the whole league if off like the All-Star break? Yes. DL days are days, not "business days".
kountryken Verified Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Yes I know, but after one 15 day stint you can designated him again to another 15 day stint
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 So it looks like I was right when I said it looked like EE suffered a leg injury. Excellent observation!
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 for those who want to hear the brutal reality.... Rays could in the race by the AS break. I never really thought they were out of it because of the 2nd WC plus the Jays have been crap for about a month now. It actually feels like 2013 post 11-gamer
