Vimeo and I do not get along (FlashBlock plugin simply doesn't work with it at all...) so unless this gets uploaded somewhere else, I won't be watching...

 

Also, MLB are litigious motherf***ers, anything using any of their copyrighted material without permission tends to get nuked from orbit pretty quickly, so don't expect this video to stay accessible for long.

Not very tasteful but who cares / people take board behavior way too serious sometimes (esp. when it's obvious they're not trying to troll or break "rules").

@KingKat - Not trying to be a troll ... my stating "A must watch" I'm trying to generate interest. After that if you like it, great and if you don't then you don't. I love the fact that you quoted Jeff Blair. He's one of my all time favorites and he liked my little montage enough to retweet it on his twitter. I honestly am blown away by the backlash. You would think I created a Red Sox/Yankees/Orioles/Rays montage that rubbed the faces of die hard Jays fans about how much the Jays suck. Instead I tried to make a promo that celebrates just how special this season is and people, on a Jays forum mind you, and ripping it to pieces. It's honestly hilarious that people who know nothing about me are making all these generalizations based on a fan made promo. At the end of the day, it's a montage ... a 1:30 montage that celebrates everything good about the Jays including, most of all, the fans which I thought I was posting to? Well, can't please everyone. Go Jays Go!

Yeah this is a tough crowd. Although we all follow the Jays a lot of us aren't really what you would consider "homers". You misjudged your audience a bit with the blatant self promotion but I can't blame you for not expecting a backlash. You seem to be decent guy and you're talking it pretty well all things considered. I hope you'll stick around. It's not all snickering and bickering. There's some good conversation and laughs too.

Well thanks for the compliment. I joined this forum awhile ago and haven't been active for quite some time. The conversations are always good, the banter back and forth is humorous and I love the fact that this site isn't a "homers" only club. You need to have that mix otherwise what's the point in being a sports fan? who will challenge you and criticize your views? Do you want to be surrounded by yes men? Me neither ... thanks for encouraging me to stay.

@TheHurl - LOL ... not trying to self promote, not really sure what exactly I would be promoting on a Toronto Blue Jays message board? Just put a fun montage together for my reel, people liked it and encouraged me to share it so what better place then a Blue Jays fan forum. It's all good, I hope you don't let the morons in this thread turn you away from the board, not everyone here is a prick. Great job on the promo, you've got a good skill for video editing.

Wasn't bad. If you make another one somewhere in the video cut the music and put EE hitting the walkoff in there. The stadium was decently packed so the crowd noise alone would make it epic.
